Jennifer Maceo Hernandez

Jennifer Maceo Hernandez moved to Orlando, Florida, from Haverhill, Massachusetts, in 2009. She believes in giving back to the community, and non-profits organizations have a special place in her heart. 

Jennifer graduated from Springfield College, where she received her master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in non-profit management. She is currently enrolled as a Doctoral student at Saint Leo University, where she hopes to obtain a Doctorate in Business Administration. Her passion for serving others in need lead her to open her own business JMH Lead Consulting. She works tirelessly to help entrepreneurs and business professionals by using her skills, abilities, and talent to make an impact in the lives of others. 

An enthusiastic and innovative young professional with an intensive background in Non-profit Management, Finance, Teaching, Real Estate, and Property Management. Currently, she volunteers at various organizations in her community, such as the Young Non-Profit Professional Network Board, Iglesia Oasis Windermere, and she serves as a member of the Millennial Task Force of United Arts of Central Florida. 

Jennifer’s teaching experience with adult learners includes Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Employability Skills Workshops, Social Responsibility, Character Development, Human Trafficking, First Time Home Buyer, Technology, and Social Media.
