Become a CRAVE Leader

Creating Positive Change in Our Community

Are you passionate about creating positive change in your community? Do you have a desire to become a more effective leader? Our program is designed for individuals like you who want to make a difference and develop essential skills in business and non-profit management. We welcome anyone who is dedicated to continuous learning and making a lasting impact. Join our supportive community and apply today to take the first step towards becoming a grassroots change-maker, community leader, or social entrepreneur.

Crave invites Leaders to explore the depths of our identities and purpose, especially the driving Life Force that fuels us. Within this safe and supportive community, we can unpack our beliefs about the Divine and redefine (or refine) our understanding in a way that resonates with our present reality, our leadership, and our call to serve.

Crave identifies skills that emerging leaders need and desire more of. Throughout the year, there will be opportunities for the group to go on field trips, network with amazing individuals, and access resources that will help further develop important skills such as welcoming others, securing funding, being innovative, scaling projects, overcoming challenges, and effective leadership.

Networking is crucial for raising funds, expanding a non-profit, recruiting volunteers, and taking it to the next level. Crave provides opportunities for meaningful connections with a diverse community of learning partners who are passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of leaders and their projects through meaningful conversations and thoughtful guidance.

Our sacred community of passionate, knowledgeable, and committed individuals is built on the foundation of Crave’s shared values: collaborative growth, loving accountability, and inclusive belonging. These values facilitate deeper relationships and inspire us to reach our full potential. Together we become our true best selves so that our organizations can become healthy, thriving sources of positive and lasting change.
