Terri Hartman

Terri has had a love for books and a passion for reading all her life.  She loves nothing more than curling up on the couch with a good book and her beloved dog Gypsy.  For almost four years, she has graciously shared this love of books with her community by hosting a Little Free Library at her home.  The success and positive feedback of her Little Free Library has inspired her to expand and bring these books to those who don’t have access to them.  With the love and support of her husband, Dwayne and son, Colt, she is following her dream of starting a non-profit organization by creating an Outreach Bookmobile.  Terri’s Bookmobile will sell used books at farmer’s markets, fairs, and various other public venues to raise money to fund and bring awareness to the outreach program.  Her outreach will also travel to various parks, schools, and churches to provide a variety of books to children and adults who otherwise would not have access to them.  By making these books easily accessible, she hopes to help foster a love of reading throughout the community and inspire people to see a new perspective of their future through reading.
