Sammantha is an anthropologist and educator with over a decade of experience in higher education. As the Associate Director of the Staff & Cultural Development (SCD) Department at Full Sail University, she leads a team of dedicated professionals that support employee wellbeing and engagement through employee learning and development initiatives, internal communications, and data analysis and reporting.
With a passion for removing barriers to access growth and education, she collaborates with team members in SCD and across Full Sail to empower faculty and staff through learning opportunities and global initiatives including successfully launching changes to a staff scholarship that reduces barriers to program participation, co-leading a seven-month development program for women leaders, and project managing a global leadership development program for faculty and staff at every level within the organization.
