Marchel is an Orlando Native with a love for systems and justice. She is beyond excited to be a part of the Crave family. Marchel developed her skills for operations in Wellesley, Massachusetts, at Babson College. Till this day, she is not only a proud Jones High Tiger but also a proud Babson Beaver. During her studies, she traveled internationally to Rwanda, created systems for a tech startup, and worked on a supply chain team at Audi Headquarters. After honing her skills, she chose to continue her education at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. While there, she studied nonprofit approaches and philanthropic economic strategies in Costa Rica & Bangalore. She also used her experience in business to help Philadelphia’s previously convicted population create their business plans and pitch decks for future projects. While back in Orlando, Marchel worked as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of West Lakes Partnership. Here, she created filing systems, managed neighborhood stakeholders, and vendors for the 2025 Florida Blue Classic.
Marchel loves her family, dogs, learning, and watching movies. She volunteers as a Co-Chair for the Elevation Scholars Alumni Association and assists community members in her free time. She is an active member of her church and is full of faith and hope for Crave’s future.
