Rev. Madeline Luzinski joined the Crave team as Director of Leadership Programs in August 2026. She is a United Methodist Deacon who is passionate about connecting and empowering people to see themselves as beloved and capable. Madeline has a Masters of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School and a Masters of Social Work from Florida State University and pursued these degrees because she feels the best way to holistically care for people is to include spirituality and understand our fundamental needs and the systems we can leverage to thrive. Madeline has worked in various non-profit settings focused on at risk children and youth. Prior to coming to Crave, Madeline served for 10 years as the Chaplain of Residing Hope, a United Methodist ministry focused on serving children, youth, young adults, and families in the foster care system.
Now, she is excited to equip changemakers to live into their God-sized reams and passions, knowing they will help make God’s kin-dom tangible here on earth. Madeline is an avid reader, loves sharing meals with others, traveling, and spending time outside with her husband and son.
