Aminah Harris serves as CRAVE’s Director of Development and Organizational Strategy, bringing more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience in fundraising, organizational growth, strategic planning, and educational equity.
Named one of Orlando Magazine’s 2026 Women of the Year, Aminah is a nonprofit executive and strategist with a track record of helping mission-driven organizations turn ambitious vision into sustainable growth. Prior to joining CRAVE, she served as President of Elevation Scholars, where she led the organization through significant growth while helping high-achieving students from high-need families access and complete degrees at some of the nation’s most competitive colleges and universities. Earlier in her career, she led college access and mentorship initiatives, including serving as a My Brother’s Keeper coordinator.
At CRAVE, Aminah works at the intersection of mission, strategy, and sustainability. She leads development strategy, strengthens donor and community partnerships, and helps build the organizational systems and infrastructure needed to support CRAVE’s continued growth. Her approach goes beyond raising funds—she works to create the relationships, strategies, and structures that allow an organization’s mission to thrive for the long term.
Known as a strategic architect and vision translator, Aminah has a gift for seeing the whole board, bringing clarity to complexity, and helping people move from big ideas to focused action. Her work is grounded in a deep belief in human potential and in the power of strong organizations to create opportunities for young people, families, and communities to flourish.
