MONTHLY SOUL TENDING

Crave invites Leaders to explore the depths of our identities and purpose, especially the driving Life Force that fuels us. Within this safe and supportive community, we can unpack our beliefs about the Divine and redefine (or refine) our understanding in a way that resonates with our present reality, our leadership, and our call to serve.

MONTHLY PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Crave identifies skills that emerging leaders need and desire more of. Throughout the year, there will be opportunities for the group to go on field trips, network with amazing individuals, and access resources that will help further develop important skills such as welcoming others, securing funding, being innovative, scaling projects, overcoming challenges, and effective leadership.

EXPANDED NETWORK

Networking is crucial for raising funds, expanding a non-profit, recruiting volunteers, and taking it to the next level. Crave provides opportunities for meaningful connections with a diverse community of learning partners who are passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of leaders and their projects through meaningful conversations and thoughtful guidance.

Commitment

January – October

one Sunday/month 4:00-8:00 pm

In-person: Project Development Workshops – Coaching & Dinner – Soul Tending Sessions

Weekly check-in with Coach by phone call and Zoom

Financial cost is $100/month from January – October, and scholarships are available.

APPLICATION PROCESS

1) Complete the application online

2) Participate in an in-person interview with the Director of Leadership Programs.

3) Attend the “Taste of Crave” experience in January.

To be considered for an in-person interview, a completed application and 2 references must be received by November 1.
