In 2022, Erica Wise founded Fate Enterprises Strategies and Planning, a marketing and operations company dedicated to serving the “behind the scenes” needs of busy entrepreneurs.
Erica is dedicated to empowering service professionals, particularly women, by showing them how to elevate their income and guiding them on the path to financial freedom. She achieves this by implementing her comprehensive frameworks, alongside proficient online marketing and efficient backend operational systems. An eternal student, Erica is always increasing her expertise through continuous learning: workshops, courses, services, and one-on-one sessions expand her knowledge base. She is also a voracious reader and grows her skillset through her library of business books.
Erica is a mother of four daughters, with her youngest born in March 2025, just as Erica joined the Crave family!
